Paid Digital Advertising — Partnership Overview
Behind-the-scenes paid ads for your clients — Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon. I handle everything from strategy to day-to-day management. You stay in front. I stay in the background.
You bring the client, I run the ads. Your clients don't need to know I exist — all reporting and communication goes through you.
Client relationship, account direction, and final sign-off. You brief me, I execute. Simple.
Strategy, campaign build, daily optimization, technical setup, and monthly reporting — all delivered to you.
Monthly reports delivered in whatever format works for you. If you have a template you use with clients, I'll match it.
I invoice CD Marketing directly. What you charge your clients is up to you. White-label rates apply at entry level.
Platform depends on the client — their audience, goals, and budget. Most clients start with one or two and add more as they grow.
* I also manage TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other platforms — if you'd like pricing on those, just let me know.

These deliverables are available as standalone engagements or as additions to any active retainer — no ongoing management required. Invoiced separately upon delivery.
Here's what's in and what's not.
Revision rounds vary by tier — see tier cards above. All revisions on written deliverables need to be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery, consolidated into one round. Additional rounds at $112/hr.
Turnaround time starts once all account access is granted, billing is confirmed on the platforms, assets are in hand, and we've had a kickoff call or you've sent a written brief. I'll confirm in writing when we're officially started.
When a client's spend hits the next threshold, their rate moves up automatically. It's a contract term agreed to upfront — not a conversation we need to have later. I flag it 30 days in advance so you're never caught off guard.
3-month minimum to start — month-to-month after that. 30 days written notice to cancel. Onboarding alone takes 3–5 weeks, so a 3-month minimum ensures there's actually enough time to see results before making a call on whether it's working.
Ad accounts, campaign data, and platform assets belong to the client. Written deliverables — strategy documents, audits, research reports — are jointly owned by the client, CD Marketing, and Barbara Simao LLC. All three parties retain the right to reference and use them.
